You have likely arrived at this site because something is not right in your life.  Maybe you are having problems in a relationship.  Maybe you have been thwarted from achieving a goal.  Maybe you are grieving the loss of a loved one.  Maybe you are experiencing bouts of paralyzing sadness or anger or fear. Maybe you no longer feel meaning in what you do.

I offer over 27 years of both professional and personal development and experience to my work with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents.  I hold a safe, secure, nonjudgmental space for my clients.  Within this space, problems and conflicts are freely explored and clients find ways to engage their life with a sense of renewal and possibility.  I mediate this process with compassion, intelligence, sensitivity, and a genuine desire to join with you through whatever troubles you.
